can i customize UI?

We want to buy jfileupload Premium and we have several questions. Please provide the relevant information.
1. Can we buy the software on www.jfileupload.com or have to buy it through domestic agents?
2. Do you provide all the source code of the software that we buy?
3. Are we allowed to change the interface of the control or invoke the function of the control after we buy the software?
4. Would you like to provide some cases of other companies who had used the product? We especially want to know how much we can customize the form of the control. Are we allowed to change it into the form of the enclosure?

credit card, paypal, PO and wire transfer for payment.

For instance, GlobalScape included our software into their EFT solution. It allows to upload files to they proprietary server with their own UI.

They are 2 levels for UI customization:
a) Update of .properties file (messages, colors, buttons, background images).

b) You can redevelop and plug a new full UI if needed. You need
Java/Swing skills to do so. I've sent you an email with a full UI we've done for a customer. Notice that we can provide custom development over JFileUpload to implement your own UI.[/b]
