Fail to load under MacOS X 10.7 (Lion)

Postby flowney » Fri Aug 12, 2011 6:31 pm

MacOS X 10.7 (Lion) has apparently introduced new Java rules that break JFileUpload. In my testing on a fresh install of this OS, I had to download the Java VM seperately. The applet also has to be "activated." However, doing all this was to no avail as I cannot drag and drop a file on the UI. Whatever I drop (e.g a PDF) is simply displayed in the browser.

Is there something that 10.7 users can do client-side to fix this?
Is there something that I can do server-side that will fix this?
Will JFileUpload need to be updated for this to be fixed?

TIA for any help that you can provide.
