Obtain parameters for use in requests Head

I would like to obtain parameters that define the javascript applet (like the Post method), but requests for use in Head.
Example: parameter to set the upload directory.

I tried using 'param2 = directory_upload' and 'value2 = c:\upload\\' and did not work.
