Integration with the Zend Framework

Does anyone have any experience of integrating jfileupload with the Zend Framework. I don't where I should copy the jar files and where would I write the javascript? I'm assuming it should be in the view but am getting the dreaded error message:
class jfileupload.upload.client.MApplet.class not found

I managed to get this working outside of my zend framework project.

You may need to update CODEBASE parameter with the full URL to lib folder.
