Hi there,
I have recently purchased a licence for http://www.wpgprint.co.uk. But on upload to site and using the upload procedure the unregistered text is still visible. I have been through the trouble shooting guides and followed there suggestions but to no avail.
I think the problem is that http://www.wpgprint.co.uk forwards to another domain name which is masked out. The other domaim is http://www.whitesprintltd.co.uk.
Do I need to alter anything at my end or do can my license be reconfigured?
Thanks in advance,
Neil
Unregistered won't disappear.Re: Unregistered won't disappear. If your URL displayed in browser is not the same you've registered then you need an updated license. Please contact support(at)jfileupload(dot)com
Re: Unregistered won't disappear. Is it correct that if the domain is not the same the message:
"Error : Invalid regfile (license.oxw)" will be shown? I wanted to test it out(to see if the UNREGISTERED went away) but it's on a test server. So not the same domain as it will be in production. Also, when this happens it messes up my sessions. I just want to make sure when we put JFileUpload live there will be no UNREGISTERED text. Re: Unregistered won't disappear.Drop an email to support(at)fileupload(dot)com, they will provide a license of your staging server so you can see how it works. When license file is not valid it just displays "UNREGISTERED". You can see the domain name it is registered in the Java console:
http://www.jfileupload.com/products/jfi ... oting.html Re: Unregistered won't disappear.I was having problems with the "UNREGISTERED" message. My users have to type the fully-qualified host + domain name.
However, this will not do. My application is internal to my organization and NONE of my users type the fully-qualified name. What do I do so my users don't see that blasted message I paid to get rid of? Thanks. Re: Unregistered won't disappear.Pro license is related to domain name displayed in browser's URL such as www.domain.com
