JS3Upload not working

Hi,

We have purchased the JS3Upload Pro. We have downloaded V2.7 from http://www.jfileupload.com/products/js3 ... index.html .
We upload it to our server http://www.videosaleslettercreator.com/ ... et_s3.html .
But we cannot get the uploading interface. The applet is not showing. Please help us.

You need to install JFileUpload first because JS3Upload is a JFileUpload add-on.
Did you install JFileUpload?

Hi,

After downloading V2.7 form this http://www.jfileupload.com/products/js3 ... index.html link and unzipped the file. We got only 's3upload.jar' file in the lib folder. Please tell me where do we get the other files like 'jfileupload.jar', 'httpimpl.jar','chttpclient.jar' etc. Waiting for your reply.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Now the applet is running well. We got some problems below.
1) The applet is showing UNREGISTERED. We have purchased the JS3Upload Pro Package. We got a transaction id. Where do we use this transaction id?
2) The applet is running well in IE & Safari browsers but not showing in Mozilla Firefox & Opera browser.

1) Did you also purchase JFileUpload Pro license? JS3Upload is a JFileUpload add-on so you do need JFileUpload license first.

2) Did you update all parameters twice? It is required for cross-browser support.

We have purchased JFileUpload Pro & JS3Upload Pro both. But still applet is showing UNREGISTERED. We got transaction id of both package.
