Upload repeats in IE (XP), Camino (Mac), Opera (Mac)

I'm having a problem in a couple of browsers -- I've tested Safari, Opera, Chrome, Camino, IE and Firefox on XP and Mac.

The problem is with IE on XP and Camino and Opera on Mac. The upload reaches 100% and it starts again -- it loops over and over. The file is never uploaded at all.

This does not happen in Firefox (XP, Mac), Safari (XP, Mac), Chrome (XP, Mac) or Opera (XP).

Is anyone else having this problem?

Parameters must be setup twice for cross-browsers support. Could you update the JavaScript? First part does not match to second part (which is loaded by FireFox).
It loops 3 times as you're using "retry" parameter.
