Can we change the whitelist parameter real-time?

I want change the whitelist parameter by select different dorpdown list.
But now this parameter seem to be init in first time, then it can't be replaced.
How can i do?

I get the jfileuploadpremium2.5 , but the jsapi2.5 is not work with it. jsapi will find the jfileupload/transfer/client/core/N.class, but mine is the source code, so not found.

Could you give me the jsapi premium version?

To update the whitelist from JavaScript:

to reset whitelist:

document.fileupload.setRegular('whitelist','');
