Licensing Question

I want to purchase the JFileUpload and JImageFilter set for a clients web site -- I need it to work for the following configuration:

localhost - for development
beta.domainname.com - for client testing
www.domainname.com - for full deployment

Do I need to purchase a separate license for each of these or can I get one license for "domainname.com" that will work for all three purposes?

Purchase it for domainname.com so it will work for *.domainname.com
We will provide another one for free for localhost.

I just purchased the Upload and Image filter... how do I get the localhost version?
