CopyStreamException

Post by JaviNavarro »

Hi, we are having this error when uploading files via FTP:

org.apache.commons.net.io.CopyStreamException: IOException caught while copying.

The error appears randomly, often when uploading several files at the same time but sometimes it appears when uploading one file too.

Any idea? Is it a bug?

No, not a known bug. What kind of file are you uploading ? Do you have some files opened while uploading ?

I think the problem happens with JPG files (not opened at the same time nor previously).

I can't say it 100% sure but in tests I have done today only JPGs fail.

Thanks

This error can happen when you hit cancel while uploading or if file to upload is already open/locked by another program. Is it possible to access your computer remotely to check what's wrong ? If so then contact support(at)jfileupload(dot)com
