Only if it starts with a space. The app allows it to be created with a prepended space, but doesn't allow you to delete or navigate to that newly created folder. It replaces any spaces appended to the end with an underscore, but not the prepended spaces. It allows spaces in the middle and everything...

I've come across a bug I believe. If there's a leading space in the directory name you're not able to delete the directory.

I'm using OSX 10.5.8 just in case you needed to know that too
