Amazon S3 explorer add-on.

I am unable to upload files using the s3 explorer. I am able to login, browse uploads, download and delete files no problem, but when I try to upload a file, the progress bar shows some activity for a moment before resetting without any error messages or clues that I can see as to the problem.
I am able to upload using the sample s3 explorer on the website, and by using the s3upload example on my local machine, so I’m guessing this is a client side issue.
If anyone has any ideas as to the problem, it would be much appreciated.
I am using the latest version of jFileUpload (2.9)
