JSAPI 2.5 download has only http files, not ftp files

I'm evaluating JImageUpload. I have installed it successfully with JFileUpload and have transferred files to my test ftp server. I wish to hook in Javascript callbacks. I found a download for JSAPI but it contains only http based examples. Would you update that download to include the ftp examples as well? I found in other parts of the forums some links to zip files that contained the ftp examples but the links were dead:
