Just purchases, cannot build

I run "ant build.s3" and it fails due to fact the jfileupload.jar file I have is obfuscated (I purchased source for js3upload, not jfileupload). Any idea how I work around this? I purchased the source so I could make changes - but can't do so unless I can build.
