Have been using JfileUpload at work.
But, I am considering to buy JImageUpload and JImageFilter for my private forum, a vBulletin, I wonder if there is any documentation on how to implement it to vBulletin.

We don't have such documentation but we could help here. I don't know vBulletin but I know that it has been integrated into Joomla so it should be possible. Integrating the applet in a web page (even in vBulletin) should be easy: It's a few lines for JavaScript. Then vBulletin might generate session ID required to further request, so you should have a look to:
