A corporate client (with firewall, proxy and microsoft Domain I suppose) can't use jfileupload because he gets the message "cannot load license.oxw".

I changed the license.oxw to license.html but het always gets "cannot load license.html"

Do you have an idea ?

Is it because of domain's restriction ?

No it should load. Can the license file be loaded directly from browser?
