Hi,

While trying to drag & drop files from my computer to the Uploader applet using Google Chrome for Mac, Chrome simply opens the file in the browser.

I.e., if I try to upload an image, the browser just displays the image, if I try to upload a Zip archive, Chrome simply asks me where to save the archive.

Are there any known ways around this?

The problem you're reporting means that Java integration under Chrome/MacOSX is not completed.
