after lot of prob with jsp shifted to php and its uploading fine, it cant able to create directories and also in the end of file upload its again beggning from the startr. its never ends.

How big is the file you're trying to upload?
Could you make a test with a small file?

Yes, the file size is 300mb,avi file. Small files are uploaded and big ones some times not. But i can upload more than 1gb using jsp. Is it because of time out prob.

Yes, it's because of php.ini configuration. upload in PHP is limited to 2MB depending on what you have in php.ini. Could you check this file?
