Resume does not make sense with timestamp in filename. Each file with have a unique filename so duplicated filename can be found. Are you sure you want to use timestamp in template parameter?

But how we keep the file unique identification?
When somebody else upload the other file with same name, it will replace the previous person upload the file in the server. So i put the timestamp parameter.

Thanks.

Could you try:
<PARAM NAME="resume'' VALUE="true">
<PARAM NAME="overwrite'' VALUE="indexrename">
or:
<PARAM NAME="overwrite'' VALUE="timerename">

Does it help?

<PARAM NAME="chunksize" VALUE="1073741824">
<PARAM NAME="chunkmode" VALUE="onflyrange">
<PARAM NAME="checksum" VALUE="md5">
<PARAM NAME="resume" VALUE="true">
<PARAM NAME="overwrite" VALUE="indexrename">

yes, i found the first time when we upload the file(Example: abc.avi), resume function can work fine.But we upload the abc.avi again, the server will create the abc_1.avi, but the resume function will be not work. Everytime when we reupload the file, it will start with 0%.

You mean that resume does not work for abc_1.avi file?

right, just fine with the first original file, i think the problem is also same with the template parameter, because the abc.avi is not equal the abc_1.avi, so resume function is not work.
