PROBLEM: Firefox on Mac OS cannot upload

On FireFox 22 for Mac OS the "File" Menu item doesn't work. So there is no way to upload using this browser. (Drag and drop doesn't work either.)
I'm using a brand new version of jFileUpload as of 15 July 2013.
